90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind OMEGATINE with a 90-day money-back guarantee. Use it every day for up to 90 days from the delivery date. If you're not happy with it for any reason, return it to us and we will refund the full purchase price of your order, even if the tubs are open. No restocking fees.

Refunds require the product to be returned first. We issue refunds only after we receive the returned products at our warehouse. If we don't receive the products, no refund is issued.

How to request a refund

1. Contact us. Email support@omegatine.com or use the Contact page on this website within 90 days of delivery, and include your order number. We confirm every request within 2 business days.
2. Get your return instructions. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before receiving them.
3. Ship the products back. Return all tubs from the order, opened or unopened, to our warehouse in Tallmadge, OH 44278. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a shipping method with tracking, since we can't issue a refund for packages that don't reach us.
4. Receive your refund. Once the returned products arrive at our warehouse, we issue the refund to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refused deliveries

If you refuse delivery of an order, it counts as a return once the package is back at our warehouse, and we'll process your refund under this policy. If the package doesn't make it back to us, no refund is issued.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of what you received. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription anytime online or through our Contact page. Cancelling stops all future shipments; it does not refund orders that have already shipped. The money-back guarantee covers your first subscription order, and refunds for subscription orders follow the same return rule: we refund once we receive the returned products.
